Shipping your package

Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. The packaging costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.

Pursuant to of the art. 5 DL 185/1999 the right of withdrawal is applicable only if the purchased good is returned intact and in the original packaging complete in all its parts. The aforementioned right therefore lapses even in the absence of the original packaging or in the presence of the slightest use of the asset.
